New partnerships, new case studies, and ever-evolving tech. We’ve been busy the last few months. In case you missed it, here’s the latest from ScribeAmerica.

NEW PARTNERSHIPS
We were delighted to announce our new partnership with Era Locums, a trusted concierge locums agency, providing their locums with our scribe support. This collaboration allows ScribeAmerica to help improve staffing shortages and reduce the administrative challenges that temporary physicians often face.

“ScribeAmerica’s solution helps Era Locums deliver on our promise to be the next-generation staffing agency”, said Sigrid Boring, founder, and CEO. “Scribes deliver several benefits to our locum physicians and our clients. We’re excited about the potential our partnership with ScribeAmerica brings.”

NEW CASE STUDIES

We published two case studies this summer, one focusing on an academic health system, and another looking at a private urgent care conglomerate. Both institutions expanded the implementation of ScribeAmerica’s services as they saw better and better results.

The academic health system struggled to build, hire, train, and manage their own scribe program as they grew. ScribeAmerica was up for the task. After piloting in-person and telescribe services with 10 providers, the system expanded scribe support to 100 providers. Now, ScribeAmerica supports 10,000 encounters weekly, and the health system has seen their wRVUs improve by 15% per month.

A private urgent care expanded their Speke program from 10 locations to 40 in under a year. Now Speke supports 196 of their providers and in the first year of service, produced 142,341 notes. With a significant reduction in revenue leakage due to Speke-powered documentation, the urgent care continued to grow.

EVOLVING TECHNOLOGY
Our expertise in clinical documentation and our commitment to quality is nothing new, we’ve been in the scribe business for more than 20 years. We remain at the cutting edge of scribe technology by consistently evolving to better meet provider needs.

Speke AI continues to develop the scribing industry with features like:

  • Real-time AI tuned to provider preferences resulting in a more accurate note.
  • Quality assurance and white-glove support from trained specialists, giving each provider experienced and capable support.
  • No time-intensive IT implementations with the EHR. Documentation data can be entered by a trained specialist quickly and accurately into the EHR.
  • An intuitive and easy-to-navigate user interface designed to be used quickly and easily whether in an emergency department or ambulatory care setting.

“AI is evolving rapidly and we are committed to accelerated development of Speke to continue to meet the needs of individual physicians, independent medical groups, and large healthcare organizations alike,” says Vadim Khazan, Executive Vice President of Speke at ScribeAmerica. “ScribeAmerica continues to add top product talent and machine learning expertise from technology leaders like Amazon and Microsoft and we are excited about the big releases for Speke that will be available to providers very soon.”
