speke is a seamless integration into your current day-to-day routine. When in the room with the patient, the provider will simply and securely access the speke application on their smart device. Once in the application, they will select the correct encounter and press record. At this point, the provider will interact with the patient normally with no need to look at the phone/smart device. speke takes over and records the conversation until the provider stops the recording. Providers can add additional audio notes after the encounter as they see fit.
speke automatically transfers the encounter to the SoundLines platform, where the AI paired with a Care Team Assistant (CTA) will process and enter the note directly into the EHR. All of this happens without storing any data on your device to ensure HIPAA compliance.
