Certified

Our scribe programs and scribes stay current with all American College of Clinical Information Manager guidelines and testing. The ACCIM is the nation's only governing body for scribes, its mission is to protect the integrity, quality, and standards of training of Clinical Information Managers also know as scribes. We feel it is necessary to be certified in order to distinguish ourselves from less closely regulated scribe programs.

Affordability

ScribeAmerica is owned and operated mostly by scribes and not by MD's. Therefore, we are not financially hamstrung by the large salaries of upper management and instead have been able to invest in our administration as well as in the education of our scribes. With our simplified cost structure and capped training costs, we are liable for reaching the goal date within budget.

The Standard in training

Fact: the lack of standardization in training is the most common reason for scribe program failure. Through the creation of the nation's first scribe textbook, the development of our series of scribe training audio and video series, we educate our scribes in all the components of EM from allergy to trauma surgery. Quality is the difference vs. competition. Our career partners will start your program where the other company's upper management will never spend a day in your ED. Please ask how long your Scribe trainer has been actually scribing, if it's not 3 years or more, they should not be starting a program.
