  AHDPG has been providing training and workforce development services since 2006. Licensed by the North Carolina Community College System, it was the first medical transcription service organization owned training program approved by the Approval Committee for Certificate Programs (ACCP), a joint committee established by the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI) and the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

Our training and workforce development programs encompass Medical Transcription, Speech Recognition Editing, Medical Coding, Medical Billing and Reimbursement, Anatomy and Physiology and Electronic Health Records.  
     
  TAPSemr was founded by two veteran ED doctors based in Los Angeles. They had been waiting for a suitable portable computer in order to create an EMR system specifically designed for high mobility and fast pace of the ED. With recent advances in computer technology such as tablet computers and handwriting recognition, they were finally able to realize their dream of building the ultimate EMR system for the ED doctor and scribe interaction.   The ACCIM is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization devoted to advancing the education, proficiency and professional standing of medical scribes. ACCIM is the only governing body charged with upholding the standards of excellence for accreditation, training, and evaluation. After gaining membership into the ACCIM, and working over 100 hours as a medical scribe, our members can obtain professional certification as a Clinical Information Manager. This distinction underscores individual commitment and certifies the mastery of the myriad skills required to assist physicians with real-time documentation and efficiency in the modern clinical environment.
